Groombridge Cleaning & Maintenance was formed in April 1993 with a view to providing clients with the type of service that other companies promised but failed to deliver.  Our policy then, as it is now, was to cost any potential business on a realistic basis in order to secure reliable staff and provide them with the very best in cleaning materials and equipment.

We operate an ongoing training programme for both management and staff to ensure that they are fully aware of their responsibilities to both the company and its' clients and to keep them conversant with any new methods or procedures which need to be implemented.

Our operations department is structured in such a way that no supervisor is in the position whereby they are unable to deal promptly and efficiently with a clients wishes due to excessive work loads.  Our senior management give full and professional backing to all supervisory staff and are always available for meetings with clients as required.

Groombridge has, in a comparatively short time, established a sound customer base by means of hard work and sound business ethics.  We are proud of the reputation that we have achieved and we intend to keep it!
